Keep em wet

Friend and fisherman Josh Mills has a tip called Keep 'Em Wet. "there is a really cool movement that is happening within the fishing community. It was started by a gentleman by the name of Brian Huskey out of Boise Idaho. It's called Keep 'Em Wet. When you look at social media, you see guys with their fish and this is to promote proper fish handling practices because men greater than myself have said fish are too great a resource to catch just one time. So if you are not going to retain the fish, there are a lot of good handling practices which you can check out on KeepEmWet.org. Go there and look at the things that affect fish when you are trying to land them, how air exposure can drastically hurt a fish, hero shots are awesome but there is a better way, especially if you are dealing with salmon and steelhead, there are some studies that show that they lose upward of 30% capability/capacity because it adversely affects their biological systems.
