This is Matt Rice with the Market Line Report for Tuesday, September 26th. Markets dipping on both sides of the board, both in the Beef and Grain market. Let's go to Steve Georgy with Allendale Brokers as he covers more on these commodities.

Chicago March Wheat prices closed yesterday up 4 ¼ at 474. March Chicago Corn was up ½ to finish the day at 366 ¼.

Portland prices for soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for November was unchanged, ranging from 5-20 to 5-42. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11 ½ % protein, prices for Nov. were up 3 ¾ ranging from 5-74 to 5-89. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Nov. were up 14, ranging from 7-58 ¾ to 7-73 ¾.

Live Cattle for Dec. were dn $3 at 114.42 ½. Oct. Feeder cattle were dn $4.50 to 151.600. Oct. Class III milk was up 15 cents at 16.32.
