This is Bob Larson with the Market Line Report for Monday, March 19th. Cattle market dips again on Friday. From the floor of the CME in Chicago, here's Terry Rogensack.

ROGENSACK ... "Cattle on feed, beginning of the month, about 8% above a year ago. The most recent cattle on feed report, we had 7.9% above a year ago. Third factor for the market is export sales have been running quite strong here in the past couple of weeks. Beef prices are setting at the highest level since June of last year and the cash market was quite firm at $128 this week. So, we go into next week, we're probably looking at a firm cash cattle market. So, traders pressing April cattle under $121 with the cash market at $128 and maybe firming up over the next couple of weeks."
