Colorado Cattlemen's Association Looking for Nominations

If you know a hard working brand inspector or law enforcement officer that deserves some recognition, the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association is requesting nominations for their annual award of Brand Inspector of the Year and Law Officer of the Year. CCA Director of Communications Paula Waggoner shares more details
Waggoner: “Basically we are looking to recognize one of the brand inspectors in Colorado that goes above and beyond and serves the members and the beef industry well. Nominations are due by the first of November and the awards will be actually presented at the Colorado Cattlemen’s Mid-Winter Conference in January of next year.”
Waggoner gives more information who is eligible for the Law Enforcement Officer Award.
Waggoner: “Anyone who serves in the law enforcement community. That can be patrol officers, wildlife officers, judges, county clerks, state attorney — anybody in the law enforcement chain that impacts the beef industry in Colorado. We have recognized a wide range of people over the years and any of those type of people are eligible to be nominated. Those applications are also due on the first of November.”
The application forms can be found on the CCA’s website at coloradocatte.org
